Responsible sourcing: what we require before we buy

Every supplier completes KYC/KYB, beneficial ownership identification, licence verification, sanctions and PEP screening, and a responsible sourcing declaration.

Suppliers provide company registration and trade licence, mining concession or dealer licence, export permit and country of origin, and a declared weight, purity and form of the material.

Our framework follows the OECD five-step due diligence approach and the UAE Due Diligence Regulations for Responsible Sourcing of Gold. Material from artisanal and small-scale mining, or from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, is subject to enhanced due diligence and senior compliance approval.

Shipments move through vetted, insured logistics providers with a documented chain of custody, and are delivered to accredited refineries for assay and settlement. Documents are submitted through our secure application, never on WhatsApp.
