Every transaction is compliant, documented, and traceable — from first supplier contact to final refinery settlement.
Supplier Onboarding & Due Diligence
All suppliers complete structured onboarding: company registration, UBO identification, licence verification, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and responsible sourcing declaration.
Contracting & Operational Setup
Upon successful compliance review, we establish contractual terms covering pricing mechanisms, delivery conditions, documentation requirements, and ongoing monitoring obligations.
Shipment Planning & Documentation
Each shipment is planned with full documentation: export licences, invoices, packing lists, transport documents, and insurance certificates — all verified before despatch.
Secure Transport to Refinery
Shipments are transported via vetted, insured logistics providers. Chain-of-custody is maintained and documented from source to refinery.
Assay & Settlement
Upon arrival at the accredited refinery, material is assayed. Settlement is made based on agreed pricing mechanisms following assay confirmation.
Commercial termsMonitoring & Periodic Review
Supplier relationships are subject to ongoing transaction monitoring and periodic due diligence review. Any material change in risk profile triggers immediate reassessment.
